Due to the nature of digital consulting and payment technology services, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Consulting Services

Once consulting work, analysis, integration, or development has started, fees become non-refundable.

3. Subscription Services

If subscription-based services are offered, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.

Partial refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in:

  • Reporting to financial institutions
